Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tools that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship to xTool
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location to send it back to our inspection center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
